Teen indicted in fatal shooting of ice cream man held without bail

My article is about a teenager Frank Collins, 16, was arrested on a first-degree murder charge Friday. He was one of two people a grand jury indicted March 5 on charges of murder and attempted robbery with a firearm, on suspicion they shot to death Fresnel Atilus in his ice cream truck Dec. 3. Collins was charged as the shooter, and Michael Murdock Jr.,21,was charged as the driver of the getaway car. Both were taken into custody shortly after the shooting. Murdock was arrested the same night, and admitted his role to detectives.

I feel that many teenagers don't get alot of discipline thats why they act the way they do, they feel they can do anything they want to do. This would impact many people, espcially the mother of the kids who commited this murder. She's probably suffering in shock right now beacuse of what happened. People will look at her wrong and she would have to hear everthing that everyone has already told her a million times already.
