City police blame powerful gang for killing

My article is about three teenage girls and one boy who was arrested for their alleged roles in the crime. The 20 year old man, Petro Taylor, had failed to drop off $200 to a gang leader named "Sincere". Taylor was beaten in a room at the Red Carpet Inn, in the 5800 block of Reisterstown Road, where gang members had gathered for a party. Taylor was taken to Leakin Park and was stabbed several times, then doused in gasoline and set on fire. Two days later, someone working on a sewer line in the park found his body and called police.
Grechauna Rogers, 16, was arrested and charged as an adult with first-degree murder and related offenses. At her bail review hearing, officials said she had no prior criminal history as an adult or a juvenile. Sierra Pyles, 19, was picked up and charged with first-degree murder. Tenisha Lawson, 18 and 23-year-old Anthony O. Williams, were also charged.

I believe that the sixteen year old girl was following around everyone else because of the fact that she don't have any prior criminal history as an adult or a juvenile. I think people have to watch what they do

This would impact society because people would have to watch the agreements that they make with people. This would also impact society because people might not feel comfortable telling people things.
