My article is about A therapist Robert J. Stoever, who worked at Booker T.Washington Middle School in Baltimore was arrested in Catonsville and charged with molesting a 13-year-old boy. Stoever was charged with a second-degree sex offense and perverted practice, according to court documents, he was sent to the Baltimore County Detention Center. Stoever was not employed by the school system but worked for an outside vendor that provides therapy services. The Principal William C. Bailey sent a letter to parents telling them of the arrest and urging anyone with "information regarding any incident of this nature" to contact school officials.
I believe that the man was a little crazy, he probably had a lot of things on his mind and coudn't control his actions. When he got done doing what he was doin and got arrested, he probably thought to hiself..."What am I doing"
This would impact the school because it might not attract many people for their child to attend the school. This would also impact the teacher's because they might think about leaving the school because they get out later then the kids, they might think their life would be in danger. The teacher's would probably be paranoid all the time.
